Thanks for stopping by. I needed a place to try and find others like me – men and women just doing their best to follow the teachings of Buddha in the modern world. I also needed a place to reflect on my daily life, my experiences and challenges as I seek to find the midde way.

About me – middle aged, mother of two young adults, psychologist, married, Aussie. I live in a regional area and have little contact with other buddhists, but I am studying a buddhist course online which has been great.  If you’re on a similar path, I’d love to hear from you.
